Olivier Stefanelli is an associate in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins. His practice focuses primarily on financing (LBO, private equity, high yield, and real estate).

Prior to joining the firm, he worked for two years as an associate in the bank finance department of an international law firm, based in its Paris office.

  • The underwriters in connection with the €2.378 billion high yield bond / term loan B financing for Banijay’s acquisition of Endemol Shine
  • Platinum Equity in its acquisition of Biscuit International from Qualium Investissement
  • FRAIKIN in its acquisition of VIA Location, long-term rental with or without drivers car rental company
  • The banks in connection with a €1 billion bank / bond financing for the Group House of HR
  • Bridgepoint on the sale of eFront, the world’s leading end-to-end alternative investment management software and solutions provider to BlackRock
  • Ardian in the financing of its acquisition of a majority stake in Inula Group, a France-based company that develops, produces, and distributes phytotherapeutic remedies
  • PAI Partners in the financing of its acquisition of Albéa, a Luxembourg-based manufacturer of plastic packaging products for the beauty and personal care market
  • Intermediate Capital Group in the financing of its acquisition together with Sagesse Retraite Santé of a majority stake in DomusVi, a France-based provider of services to elderly people including nursing homes, residential facilities, and home care
  • Astorg Partners in the financing of its acquisition of Nemera France SASU, a manufacturer of drug administration systems for the pharmaceutical industry based in France
  • JP Morgan in the term loan and revolving credit facilities in connection with the refinancing of certain financial indebtedness of the INSEEC Group, a private higher education sector based in France
  • BNP Paribas and Natixis in the context of Paprec Group’s revolving credit facility, concurrent with an €800 million senior secured bond offering, in connection with its acquisition of an undisclosed company
  • BNP Paribas in the term loan and revolving credit facility for Spie S.A., an operator of a multi-technical services company, to refinance existing debt
  • JP Morgan and ING Bank in the revolving credit and term loan facilities for The House Of His Royal Majesty the Customer NV, a provider of human resources management solutions, and its subsidiaries, to refinance existing debt
  • THOM Europe, an operator of a chain of jewelry and watches retail stores primarily located in France, in the context of its term loan and revolving credit facility to refinance existing debt
  • JP Morgan in the term loan and revolving credit facility for Bio Group, a French-based group of medical analysis laboratories, to refinance existing debt
  • Afflelou S.A.S., a France-based distributer of optical products, and its subsidiaries, in the revolving credit facility, concurrent with a €425 million senior secured bond offering, to refinance existing debt
  • Partners Group in the financing of the acquisition by a consortium of investors, led by Partners Group of FONCIA Groupe, a French provider of property management and residential real estate services
