Olivia Rauch-Ravisé named Office Managing Partner and Thomas Margenet-Baudry named Deputy Office Managing Partner

Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce a change in leadership of its Paris office, with the appointment of Olivia Rauch-Ravisé as Office Managing Partner and Thomas Margenet-Baudry as Deputy Office Managing Partner.

Olivia Rauch-Ravisé succeeds Xavier Farde, who served in that position for more than five years. A partner in the tax department, Olivia served as Deputy Office Managing Partner from April 2019 until today, acting as a member of the Diversity Leadership Committee and a former Co-Chair of the firm’s Women Enriching Business (WEB) Committee.

Thomas Margenet-Baudry is leading the capital markets practice in France.

Olivia and Thomas are talented leaders and wonderful partners, and they bring a wealth of experience, excellent judgement, and competitive drive to their respective roles. Accomplished practitioners, Olivia and Thomas will continue to build on the terrific leadership of Xavier, further bolstering our strong and growing practice in Paris.
