The transaction closed on 12 April 2019. The proceeds of the transaction were used to refinance the existing financial indebtedness of the Ceva Group and finance its general corporate purposes.
Ceva group is a France-based group engaged in the research, development, production, and marketing of pharmaceutical products and vaccines for pets, livestock, swine, and poultry.
